International tax and investment advisory

We help you navigates the complex interplay between China’s tax regime and those of other countries, regarding your outbound investment or sales, with a focus on optimizing tax outcomes under bilateral double tax treaties. Our guidance covers market entry study, compliance requirements, managing tax credit claims, Permanent Establishment (PE) risks, repatriation strategies, and aligning global tax structures to prevent double taxation considering the tax landscapes of relevant jurisdictions (e.g., US, EU, ASEAN).

Transfer pricing (TP) services

We assist in negotiating settlements, filing for administrative reviews, or pursuing Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) under tax treaties to resolve double taxation issues arising from adjustments made by China and its treaty partners.
