About Pascal Saint-Amans: Pascal Saint-Amans has been a leading figure in shaping international tax policy. He served as the Director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration at the OECD from February 1, 2012, until October 2022. In this role, he spearheaded significant reforms, including ending bank secrecy and updating rules for multinational enterprises through the groundbreaking BEPS project. Currently, he contributes his expertise as a Partner at the Brunswick Group in Paris and as a Professor at Lausanne University.
